Position Location: This role supports our Raleigh, NC branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Raleigh, NC area.

Overview: You'll work with integrated security systems—IP cameras, access control, alarm sensors, and enterprise software platforms—servicing commercial buildings across Raleigh. You'll apply your knowledge of IP networking, low‑voltage systems, and structured cabling to maintain and troubleshoot systems built on server/client architecture.

Core Responsibilities

• Support systems commissioning at customer facilities – set up and test new and existing integrated security systems, verify network connectivity and device programming, document configurations and TCP/IP parameters, and communicate system status and deficiencies to customers and your team.
