5 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To manage complex or escalated Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Annual Review cases, particularly where review outcomes are disputed, require significant amendments, or involve complex decision-making. The postholder will lead cases from review through to final amended plans, working collaboratively with families, education settings, and professionals to achieve appropriate outcomes while seeking to minimise escalation to formal dispute or tribunal where possible.
