As Senior Account Manager you will be at the centre of creating market leading ideas for our clients, and be equally competent in digital and traditional media channels. You will also play a key role in challenging and developing your direct reports to enable them to be the best they can be.

What you'll do:
* Client facing role requiring confidence in project management, presenting and communicating to senior client stakeholders
* Responsible for developing omnichannel strategies and campaigns, encompassing all media channels measurable back to business outcomes.
* Strong financial acumen and numerical accuracy. Monthly budget control required
* Working closely with the Business Director & Interactive Director to drive the team's digital agenda and ensuring best in class delivery and finding first to market opportunities
* Responsible for mentoring and motivating direct reports to deliver best-in-class campaigns under strong processes
