As a Senior Accountant, Cloud Accounting Services (Senior Bookkeeper) – Responsibilities

Reconcile data from third‑party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc.

Reconcile bank accounts and credit‑card statements in QuickBooks Online.

Reconcile and review sales data.

Review accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using third‑party applications.

Reconcile monthly vendor statements.

Review payroll time entries and process payroll.

Run GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRA.

Prepare T4 returns.

Set up client files, assist with budgets and other cloud‑bookkeeping work.

Perform/assist with month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes.
