BCU Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Treasury & Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing timely insights to support senior leadership. The Senior Accountant will lead financial close processes, coordinate regulatory filings, and assist with internal and external audits, while proactively identifying risks and implementing effective controls.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior staff, promote cross-training, and foster a collaborative work environment. In addition, you will support the CFO and management team by delivering reliable financial information, driving process improvements, and safeguarding the integrity of the credit union’s financial operations.
