Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead the accounts payable and financial services work team at Fromex. Manage accounts payable USA invoicing at Fromex. Prepare and manage daily, monthly book reports and analysis of shipments, delays. Be the link between customer account collections and risks in compliance with company policies. Resolve customer issues and problems by applying the billing processes and interacting with other departments and customer service to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice corrections Supervise customer order hold postings related to credit, pricing, taxes and commissions. Record journal entries and perform reconciliations for intercompany receivables, commission and tax on shipments.
