Senior Accountant (Contract)
Location: Vancouver – In-office
Duration: 3-month contract (potential to extend)
Compensation: $45–$50/hour

My client, a growing SaaS company based in Vancouver, is seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant to step in immediately and support the finance team during a key transition period.

This role will act as a right hand to the Controller , taking ownership of core accounting functions and helping ensure stability in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections
• Support revenue recognition in a SaaS environment
• Work within NetSuite and help improve processes and workflows
• Support payroll and day‑to‑day accounting operations
• Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams
