Unlike standard property accounting, this role focuses heavily on job cost accounting, managing multi‑million dollar construction budgets, and coordinating with lenders for financing draws.

• Project & Job Cost Accounting: Track, update, and manage project budgets while recording direct construction costs.
• Construction Draws: Submit pay applications to lenders and financial partners in required draw forms to complete the funding process.
• Full Cycle Accounting: Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes for multiple legal entities formed for specific projects.
