Job Purpose

The position supports and manages board, subsidiary, and corporate governance and compliance activities in accordance with securities laws, regulatory requirements, and the corporation’s governance framework. Working within the Corporate Secretary function, the role supports the effective functioning of the Board of Directors and its committees, maintains accurate corporate records, coordinates filings, and supports director and officer appointments.
