Responsibilities
As a senior life and health insurance advisor, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You sell life and health insurance products and services through various distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies. Your focus areas include individual insurance, group insurance, retirement savings plans, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and life and health insurance claims settlement. You lead and influence clients and practitioners on sales and service development projects, initiatives and activities that significantly impact the organization. You adopt a strategic mindset to boost development and profitability while retaining clients and stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction.
