Job Description
Join Rivian as a Senior AI Engineer and drive AI model innovation. Lead the integration of LLMs and create impactful AI solutions for diverse applications.
As a Senior AI Engineer at Rivian, you will play a pivotal role in technical leadership and execution of AI strategies for LLMs and Agentic systems. Your emphasis will be on developing scalable models while mentoring a team of engineers on advanced AI techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own integration projects for LLM and autonomous agent systems
• Mentor team in Generative AI practices and model tuning
• Architect and oversee complex AI system designs
• Ensure system scalability and low-latency on-device AI
• Create standards for MLOps and model performance evaluation
Requirements:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field
• 7+ years in ML/Software Engineering, including leadership
• Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and optimization techniques
