**MANTECH** seeks a highly motivated, career and client-oriented **Senior Policy Analyst (Artificial Intelligence)** to join our Data and AI Practice and support a client in **Columbia, MD** . This is a full-time job at the client site.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Support the development and implementation of AI policies and doctrine for the Intelligence Community (IC).
+ Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum AI, and Explainable AI, and their policy implications.
+ Collaborate with government leads and AI Task Forces to align AI policies across for client organizations.
+ Develop and maintain flexible policy frameworks that adapt to the changing AI landscape and adjust for changes in Federal legislative or executive policy or regulation.
