Senior Analyst, Production Solutions

The Senior Analyst, Production Solutions for Cut Sheet and Wide Format is the technical lead for both pre and post sales implementation of Ricoh’s solutions portfolio. This expert level position requires deep expertise in integrated solutions, including hardware, enablement and standalone software and services. The Analyst will be a subject matter expert in areas such as cut sheet, colour management and other specialized disciplines, engaging early in sales cycles to assess customer workflow goals, demonstrate solutions, provide basic project management of implementations, and train customers. The primary focus is to architect integrated hardware and software solutions that improve workflow, reduce costs and drive customer satisfaction during implementation. The Analyst also supports unit sales through technical consulting and presenting diverse solutions via proof‐of‐concept and Statement of Work (SOW) leading to implementation.
