GENERAL FUNCTION:

As the first line of defense, this function provides support for the execution of holistic outsourcing strategies and manages onboarding for assigned Line of Business (LOB) third party relationships. Works with the LOB service owner and key business partners to ensure the risk associated with a Third Party relationship is appropriately documented and assessed. Accuracy of this assessment drives appropriate control reviews and contractual language. Manages the Third Party due diligence engagement pipeline; ensuring timely completion and complete reviews are done.
