Senior Aquatic Resource Specialist (98892)

The Senior Aquatic Resource Specialist will lead the revenue and profit growth of Hatch’s environmental consulting practice with a focus on fisheries and aquatics, providing technical expertise, client relationship management, and mentorship to junior and intermediate colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the revenue and profit of the existing environmental consulting practice with a focus on fisheries and aquatics.
• Lead teams to deliver successful projects requiring Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) Fisheries Act Authorizations (including offsetting planning, design, and implementation), Canadian Navigable Waters Act applications, and Water Sustainability Act (WSA) approvals for Changes In and About a Stream. Experience in VFPA jurisdiction is an asset.
