Job Description
The opportunity
The Senior Associate, Valuation will participate in the planning and execution of the semi-annual and year end private investment valuation processes, for the purpose of OTPP’s semi-annual and year end financial statement reporting.
Who you'll work with
The Senior Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Valuation.
What you'll do
Supporting the group with the planning and execution of the semi-annual and year-end valuation processes
Assist with the review of “fair value” valuations prepared by OTPP’s Investment Divisions and the preparation of valuation analysis and summary memoranda in respect thereof
Review of fair value valuations prepared by external appraisers and valuation advisors
Help develop recommendations of fair value to be used for the purposes of OTPP’s financial statements
