Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Automation Lead to drive automation capability within our delivery team. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands‑on automation expertise, and the ability to define and enforce standards across multiple workstreams.

The Senior Automation Lead will oversee frameworks, mentor engineers, and ensure automation supports fast, reliable, and scalable delivery for both functional and regression testing.

 Your scope of duties:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks across the programmes.

  • Define coding standards, best practices, and governance for the automation team.

  • Oversee automation strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with project delivery timelines.

  • Provide hands‑on technical expertise in building and maintaining automated test suites.
