Overview

WSP seeks a Senior Automation Engineer focused on Industrial Automation and SCADA for municipal infrastructure. Your technical leadership will drive successful outcomes from project design through to commissioning. This role encompasses managing an entire automation lifecycle, requiring hands-on expertise in PLC and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project deliverables while addressing troubleshooting needs for both scheduled and unscheduled services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable operations across projects.
• Oversee design and implementation of SCADA systems.
• Program and test PLCs in operational settings.
• Conduct troubleshooting for effective in-office support.
• Develop documentation such as control narratives and specs.
• Configure secure industrial OT networks and SCADA interfaces.
• Advanced PLC programming skills, especially with Rockwell.
