Senior Benefits Consultant — Enterprise Group Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and client‑focused Senior Benefits Consultant to join our Enterprise Group Solutions team. Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance on the design, funding, and optimization of group benefits programs, including insured, self‑funded, ASO, and flexible benefits plans.
• Lead the annual renewal process end‑to‑end, including experience analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, carrier negotiations, and the presentation of clear, actionable recommendations.
