Job Description
Work effectively across all account service lines in coordination with account directors to identify client reporting requirements and determine best-fit solutions to resolve reporting needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements on account and implement solutions to close process gaps across all service lines to increase efficiency and efficacy of account team by working closely with service line leads and VPs.
