The Senior Brand Manager executes the strategic brand agenda across the CEEMEA region, ensuring the sustainable growth of Wella professional products in collaboration with markets, distributors, education, trade marketing, and commercial teams. The role focuses on the full professional portfolio across all channels. Senior Manager leads regional plans and launch calendars, activates ATL & digital storytelling, and partners with markets for superior execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand-building expertise with a deep understanding of the professional salon ecosystem—stylists, salons, educators, distributors, and professional retail channels.
