Role overview

  • As a Business Analyst and Consultant, within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible to engage with clients across the stages of the Project Lifecycle but mainly on Business Readiness and Change Management activities.

    • Role Responsibilities

  • Comes from Change Management background and specialises in business readiness activities like comms, rollout, training, adoption etc.
  • Create overall programme communication and solution adoption plans
  • Manage key stakeholders including Board level and Subsidiary Board.
  • Create client’ training plans for meetings like Lunch and Learns, Executive Committee meetings, Board meetings and Training meetings.
