The Role

We are seeking a Technical / Business Analyst to join our client's team within Enterprise Cybersecurity. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, focusing on requirements analysis, process optimization, and supporting delivery of IAM capabilities. The analyst will collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with product and engineering teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for IAM initiatives, including migration from legacy systems.

- Support integration of IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, MFA, SSO, HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk) into enterprise workflows.
