Preference will be given to qualified employees, as defined in the Full-Time Support Staff Collective Agreement. Should a suitable candidate not be found, external candidates will be considered.

The Senior Business Analyst works with business leaders within the Office of the Registrar (OTR) to identify their business needs and transforms them into business processes and/or information technology system requirements. The incumbent performs the initial assessment of new business process and/or system requirements, determines feasibility, significance, and scope. As an advocate of business interests, the incumbent works to identify business and technology gaps, documents and manages requirements and models business solutions. Where technical solutions are needed, the incumbent conveys the business requirements in technical terms, architects’ solutions, and leads the change initiative within and beyond the OTR (i.e., Information Technology, Faculties, etc.).
