  • This role independently identifies and documents business requirements, develops workflow models, and contributes to the implementation and testing of business solutions. It bridges the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams by translating operational needs into functional outcomes that support business transformation.

    • JOB DUTIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Business Process Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.
