Role Overview

As a technical lead at Coast Mountain Bus Company (CMBC), you will develop and sustain a data governance framework, lead stakeholder engagement, and oversee the design, development, and quality assurance of data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics solutions. You will support executive management with KPI reporting, corporate business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in developing a data governance framework and ensuring alignment with CMBC operating standards.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and guide the annual corporate business planning and reporting process.
• Design, implement, and maintain DW/BI&A solutions including ETL processes and reporting dashboards.
• Conduct data quality reviews, design reviews, and ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline.
