JOB SUMMARY 
The Bayshore Specialty Rx (BSRx) Senior Business Applications Analyst is accountable for the operational management, strategic oversight, and continuous improvement of the BSRx portfolio of business applications—including CRM, Customer Insights, SharePoint, Connex, and related platforms. Acting as the primary business Senior Analyst, this role ensures applications meet evolving business needs, deliver value to stakeholders, and support organizational objectives.

The Senior Business Applications Analyst leads all aspects of change and release management, ensuring new features, updates, and integrations are delivered smoothly and with minimal disruption. This individual is responsible for application performance, user adoption, issue resolution, and the overall success of the BSRx application ecosystem.
