DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Data Operations (DataOps) function sits at the intersection of business, technology, and governance, ensuring that critical enterprise and regulatory data is trusted, compliant, and operationally resilient across its full lifecycle.

Our department is responsible for the business-as-usual (BAU) operation, control, and continuous improvement of data platforms and data products that support internal decision‑making, risk management, and external regulatory reporting.

We partner closely with front‑office, compliance, technology, operations, and enterprise data teams to ensure data is accurate, timely, complete, and fit for purpose, particularly in highly regulated environments.
