The Senior Capital Planner – Real Estate is responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, and governance of capital investments across a corporate real‑estate portfolio. Responsibilities

Manage capital portfolios to ensure projects are prioritized, balanced, and aligned with funding constraints using technology tools to capture data and provide analytics. Oversee the ongoing capital planning process, provide advisory input, provide data analytics, monitor, report, and administer the technology deployed. Partner with the PMO and engage key stakeholders in the Capital Planning process—including Real Estate, Finance, Business, support functions, and FM (Building Technical Teams)—to gather requirements.
