• Must have Active Reliability Clearance
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs impacting 5,000+ users
• Experience on initiatives valued at $50M+ and lasting 18+ months
• Strong background in change strategy, communications, readiness, and adoption
• Experience working in Agile / iterative delivery environments
• Proven experience building training and coaching frameworks

Nice-to-Haves

• CCMP certification
• Canadian public sector experience
• Experience with AI, automation, or analytics initiatives
