Senior Change Risk Specialist

Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026), then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Work schedule: hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Represent FCC Risk Management on business and technology projects.
• Analyze proposed changes, identify risk exposures, assess controls, and document required mitigations.
• Provide constructive challenges to ensure risks are accurately recognized and addressed.
• Work collaboratively with business partners to develop effective solutions and ensure timely implementation.
• Communicate risk implications to leaders, project teams, and control owners.
• Lead the administrative aspects of the Change Risk process, ensuring project risk and criticality ratings are accurate and appropriately challenged.
