**Overview**
GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer (Remote) to lead white glove support for customers adopting cloud solutions as part of VA’s Data Modernization initiative. This role requires architecting, maintaining and expanding a set of custom-developed ServiceNow applications. This position will be fully remote located within the United States.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and maintain front and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack and focus on interconnecting these ServiceNow functions into legacy systems
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot ServiceNow production application issues.
+ Work with Product Owners and Scrum Teams in requirements decomposition, backlog refinement, and breakdown of user stories and tasks.
