You Will Do

• Act as the primary on‑site technical interface for in‑service Communications System support between Babcock, the customer, and maintenance facilities.
• Assess and communicate the impact of defects, engineering changes, and configuration issues on deployed ECS equipment and racks.
• Track and maintain ECS configuration status to preserve in‑service baselines.
• Coordinate configuration changes across engineering, program, production, maintenance facilities, and customer teams.
• Ensure technical documentation remains current and aligned with deployed configuration.
