Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and technical services to one of TD's lines of business that support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation policies and programs. This role will support the Canadian Personal Banking portfolio.
Key accountabilities
Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process including research, end-to-end employee matching, data validation, interpretation and professional presentation of findings for TD's line of business.
Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models as needed to support both cyclical and ad hoc project-related deliverables.
Support all compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise and equity valuations.
Monitor trends in the external market.
