What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead and facilitate process‑improvement and problem‑solving initiatives, applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and DMAIC to identify and eliminate waste while improving operational efficiency.
• Plan, lead and animate Kaizen events and continuous‑improvement projects, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and consistent focus on achieving defined outcomes.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
