• Reconcile bank account(s) and comprehend how cash transactions flow through the bank account structure and the transactional impact on the general ledger; review bank reconciliations prepared by others.
• Understand prepaids schedule amortizations, including Real State Taxes, Insurances, etc.
• Understand and reconcile the inter-company (inter-unit) relationships for the Funds and the manager, recording and monitoring Fund fee income from both the Fund and PROLOGIS' perspectives.
• Review and monitor debt requirements to ensure timely accomplishment of covenant and all other transactions related, including Fund reporting under the supervision of the Supervisor/Controller, if applicable.
