Senior Cultivation Technician

Brampton, ON

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (might need to start at 6am other days for harvesting), overtime required

Pay: $21.50/hour

Job Duties

• Oversee plant care activities in mother and vegetative rooms
• Watering, pruning, defoliation, and plant training
• Ensure plants remain healthy, pest-free, and within targeted growth parameters
• Coordinate with propagation staff to schedule and prepare clone cuts
• Manage plant spacing, topping schedules, and transplant timing
• Monitor mother plant rotation schedules
• Conduct pH and EC testing of nutrient solutions and runoff
• Record and track irrigation volumes, dry-back rates, and feed EC
• Verify the cleanliness of irrigation lines, trays, and emitters
• Monitor and record temperature, humidity, CO2, and VPD levels
