Become a key player at AlayaCare as a Staff Data Developer, helping to enhance our cloud platform for home healthcare. This role based in Montreal follows a hybrid work model focused on technical excellence.
You will report directly to the Director of Data Engineering and work closely with various teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our data systems. Your leadership will guide junior engineers as you design and implement scalable data pipelines and integrate best practices in data engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain efficient data pipelines for scalability and cost
• Translate business requirements into technical designs
• Implement data lakes and support cloud infrastructure
• Monitor and optimize existing data workflows
• Develop documentation for processes and workflows
