• Full‑time Senior Designer who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story or joke, and is obsessed with building brands through design.
• From tactical asks to evolving how brands appear in the world, you’re a crafts‑person who loves how ideas come to life visually in both big and small ways.

Qualifications

• 4+ years agency experience
• Strong conceptual thinker obsessed with ideas and how they come to life
• Traditional Art Direction/Design background; experience with XM is a plus
• Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients confidently and compellingly
• Great collaborator and creative community member
• Culture enthusiast with deep interests in sports, tech, music, television, etc.
