Their stamping processes utilize both progressive and tandem dies, specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) and complex stamping dies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing progressive, transfer and line dies
• Interacting with customers regarding design reviews and follow-up
• Providing technical support to machining/tryout/build throughout the die manufacturing process
• Maintaining documentation records of complete die design
• Creating process layouts for part data
• Develop trim lines/ morph surfaces/troubleshoot
