As the Senior Director of Wealth Management Client Systems and Onboarding you are accountable for the Wealth Management Client System of Record (SoR) and end-to-end lifecycle of the onboarding journey. You will have accountability of the technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and high-performance delivery of the platform with integration across multiple technology partner groups. You will also drive cross-functional collaboration between Business, Operations, Information Security, Enterprise Technology, and Compliance to align technology investments with strategic priorities.In this role you will lead and mentor a dynamic 70+ person multi-disciplinary team spanning Development, DevOps, and Business Systems Analysis, enabling strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture centered on precision, innovation, and regulatory excellence.What You Will Do
