Senior Electrical Engineer – Buildings Projects

Full‑time, Alberta (Calgary). Hybrid work model. Compensation: CAD 105,000 – 150,000 per year.

The Buildings & Places Team delivers engineering, architectural and project management services for vertical construction projects, including commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, water/wastewater and transit facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports for schematic design, design development, building assessment, and design‑build/assist scope of work documents.
• Prepare electrical drawings and specifications.
• Implement design concepts through detailed drawings of medium‑voltage power utility coordination, low‑voltage power, fire alarm, lighting, and specialty low‑voltage systems rough‑ins (telecom, intrusion control, security, CCTV, door access controls, etc.).
