In this senior-level role, you will lead the development and execution of electrical reliability programs , with a focus on improving asset performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering advanced technical insights across industrial operations.

You will act as a technical authority and mentor , working closely with field teams, engineers, and clients to diagnose complex issues and implement long-term reliability solutions. This role also plays a key part in standardizing practices, building technical frameworks, and strengthening organizational capability across reliability programs.
