Job Title: Senior Electrical Systems Specialist

JOB PURPOSE (ROLE)
The Senior Electrical Systems Specialist is responsible for providing technical leadership in power quality management, electrical system optimization, and the integration of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role supports project execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and the development of standardized electrical solutions to ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality installations across the company’s growing portfolio.
FUNCTIONS
– Conduct power quality analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues relating to power factor, harmonics, voltage fluctuations, and system instability.
– Assess and optimize Power Factor Correction (PFC) systems and capacitor banks to prevent overcompensation and minimize utility penalties.
