Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Fintech domain and play a critical role in shaping a reliable, scalable, and evolving platform that supports both customer payments and internal finance operations.

This is a high impact leadership role in a business critical domain. The scope covers the full lifecycle of efood’s payment and financial transaction flows, from the moment a customer pays for an order through downstream processing and controls, including refunds, cancellations, fraud checks, vendor payouts, reporting, and regulatory responsibilities. The role requires strong engineering judgment, people leadership, and the ability to drive progress across a complex stakeholder environment.
