OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The senior engineering planner shall be part of the Engineering Planning department resource pool.

The senior engineering planner is responsible for implementing, maintaining and follow-up of all engineering planning activities within a project/ tender.

SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

• Be the focal point of contact for all activity related to engineering planning on a project or tender.

• Understand projects'/ tenders’ requirements; identify and address planning scenarios and problems; develop and implement solutions.

• Be forecast oriented, anticipating and alerting at early stage issues & impacts

• Establish, maintain, and follow up plans and progress for new and established projects in accordance with the Planning procedures.

• Development and maintenance of the engineering Baseline schedule including S-curves and reporting formats
