Job Overview
The Senior Engineering Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support to the Bench Test Engineering (BTE) team. Core duties include building, configuring, calibrating, maintaining, and debugging test benches to ensure reliable and accurate operation. The role also supports laboratory coordination activities, including scheduling bench resources, organizing lab workflows.
Additional responsibilities include deploying and validating hardware on the bench, debugging hardware issues, and assisting engineers with RF‑related tasks such as bench and ATE hardware de‑embedding, impedance matching, and RF performance optimization.
