Durabuilt Commercial Solutions is seeking a Senior Estimator leads the tendering process and secures profitable, high-profile commercial projects.

  • ​ In this role, you will go beyond the data.  Working closely with the Sales & Estimating Manager, you’ll serve as a key driver of our growth – mentoring junior talent and cultivating lasting partnerships with general contractors and consultant.
  • ​ Key Responsibilities ​ Precision Estimating: Prepare accurate, competitive tenders, material take-offs, and labor estimates for large-scale glazing projects.
  • ​ Strategic Tendering: Solicit and analyze subcontractor pricing, review scopes for risk/exclusions, and propose value-added alternates to win bids.
