As an experienced Senior Estimator in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support new and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion, you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success.

What You Will Do

• Perform a quantitative evaluation of materials and manpower required for the work deemed decisive and verify the quantities given by the estimators.
• Prepare the summary of quantities according to the plans and specs and by sorting them according to the standardized sections and functions of the trades involved.
