Trico Homes – Senior Estimator (Single Family Construction)

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to support the single‑family division. The position is full‑time and reports to the Estimating Manager.

Position Overview

The Senior Estimator provides support to ensure smooth operation of residential projects, including cost data collection and analysis, unit‑price takeoffs, project procurement, budget execution, and conceptual estimating for custom sales and design center pricing.

Job Duties

• Prepare, review, and coordinate full cost estimates and retail pricing for recent model, option, and elevation designs.
• Collaborate with the Junior & Intermediate Estimating Team to prepare comprehensive bid packages, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for single‑family residential projects, including material take‑offs, labor costs, and subcontractor quotes.
